raya --> alamak, buncit!




Salam to all bloggers.

ok sume. dah hbs pose. berat badan mst naek kan? kan3x.. jgn tipu

tue la korang. MELANTAK SANGAT. sape suro? hahaha..
xpe2.. jgn riso ek.. meh aku tunjuk cr2 nk kempiskan blk perut tue..

nk taw cm mana??

1) 1st.. angkat kaki tinggi2 cm nie.. 
wat atas katil la senang.. xsakit punggung tue. =P

eeeeyyyyaaahhh..

2) pastu angkat kaki kiri.. tarik sket.. kasi stretch lbh sket.. =P

ho yeah!

3) then.. angkat kaki kanan plak.  =P

watcha!!..

4) tp yg kanan nie kasi stretch lbh sket ek.. ikut jer la.. =P

yah3x.. pull2x..

5) next.. lenturkan badan belah kanan.. diikuti sblh kiri..

lentur.. lentur.. lembik.. -.-"

6) ok dah.. then.. rilex.. =)

fuuhh.. lega.. -.-!

korang wat cm nie smpi bila2 pun x kan kempisnya perut tue.. haha..

comel kan. korang jgn pkr lucah plak.
